At LuxuryPerfume.com we understand the importance of happy customers, and that’s why your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not 100% SATISFIED with your purchase, you can return it back to us.
All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt
All items must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging
You must contact Customer service first and include with the returning package, the authorizing employee name and any other details given by a Luxury Perfume Employee.
Please note that a 20% restocking fee plus S&H will be assessed to all open/used products that are returned, unless the return is due to company error.
Original Orders Over $75:
Merchandise returned in full or partial will be assessed a shipping charge of the original ship amount, unless the total cost of non-returned items remains over $75.
The amount refunded for returned items exclude discounts/coupons.
