If you are not 100% pleased with your purchase, you may return your purchase for a refund. You MUST contact Customer service first at 1-877-Scent-LA(723-6852) to receive authorization. A 20% restocking fee will be charged if the purchase is opened yet still unused. Unopened and unused purchases can be returned for a full refund. If a purchase has been used after opening, we are not able to refund any money. Once we confirm your receipts at our warehouse, your money will be promptly refunded to your account.

Fast, Safe, and Trackable Shipping:

At LuxuryPerfume.com, we take pride in being able to ship our merchandise to you in a fast, yet safe manner. We process most orders within 24-48 hours, Monday through Sunday. Please see our shipping details for estimated delivery times. We ship ALL packages via known trackable methods such as UPS, or USPS. You will receive tracking numbers and methods via email the day your package leaves our warehouse, usually 1-2 business days after you place your order. Most items are shipped from our Los Angeles warehouse. To insure fast delivery, packages are occasionally split up and shipped separately; you may receive multiple packages if there are many items in your order.

To ensure the safe arrival of your purchases, LuxuryPerfume.com employees will carefully package your items with safe boxing/packaging techniques, that we have been practicing for years.

Orders directed to an APO/AE address are unable to be traced. If you wish your order to be sent to an APO/AE address, LuxuryPerfume.com will not be held accountable for lost or misdirected packages.
