Revlon, Inc. is an American cosmetics, skin care, fragrance, and personal care company founded by Charles Revson and his brother Joseph along with a chemist, Charles Lachman during Great Depression, in 1932. The company started by offering a nail polish made with pigments instead of dyes that offered more opaque coverage which was marketed successfully. Designer Revlon launched their first fragrance in 1935 and the latest was released in 2015. The house fragrances were made in collaboration with perfumers Annie Buzantian, Steven Claisse, Givaudan and Judith Cross.
